preheat oven to 350 F
- In the bottom of a square 8" pan put 3/4 roll of Pillsbury crescent creations (or a pie crust if you have the time to make it-recipe on bottom)
- In a bowl mix 1 package thawed spinach, 2 eggs, 1 handful mozzarella cheese, and 15 oz. ricotta cheese (I use fat free)
- Pour mixture in pan and place more crescent creations on top (the 1/4 left plus another 1/2 a roll) I brushed the top with pesto (optional)
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is bubbly and top is golden brown.
This is a pretty common recipe for pie crust and is so good!
